Apologies for the late reply. A couple of examples that spring to mind, and which perfectly exemplify Ben Woodiwiss’ idea of long takes that emphasise space (although I would argue that they also foreground mood and character) are Joe Wright’s long takes during the party scene in Pride and Prejudice (2005) and during the Dunkirk scene in Atonement (2007), showcasing the exploration of interior and exterior spaces respectively. Infuriatingly, I can only find the Dunkirk scene online…

Perhaps repeating certain exercises indoors/outdoors as per last year would yield interesting results…
